Isn’t the southwest beautiful….

Monday….gym day…got a good work out in…pushed my limits…felt great….followed up in the pool later….coming in at 1497 calories…all good food….body is asking for more so instead of stewing and thinking about food all the time…just feed it…

Not a lot happening other than just enjoying life….hope to pick up our truck tomorrow…for sure on Wednesday….and then we can go check out some of the desert up close and personal….
